Yes and no. The “G-spot” is specifically a term for a part of the female anatomy. HOWEVER, males do have part of their anatomy which responds in a very similar way to penetration. That would be the prostate. In fact, a man can be brought to orgasm and even ejactulation just by manipulation of the prostate through the anal wall.
